It was bout 5:30+ pm, i was hungry so i decided to go downstairs the coffeeshop eat.After eating, on the way home, i saw a dog, being tied to a sign. He was barking..barking poorly..I think his master had abandoned him, i dont know. So anyways..there were so many passers-by and onlookers, but no one help it, including me..hais..the nature of humans..i could untied it but i did not, what if it followed me home? i cant possible bring a dog home out of a sudden..so yep..i just left..while lefting it all alone..barking..pitifully..
